[Unlocking the SIM on your device]
Smartphones purchased from each carrier are subject to a SIM lock, and you will need to go through a process to unlock the SIM if you want to use a SIM card from another carrier.
[MNP reservation number for transferring from another company]
This is necessary to use the same phone number from another company.
Please note that there must be at least 11 days remaining until the expiration date.

Once your application is complete, your SIM card will be issued.
- Delivery may take longer depending on holidays and weather conditions.

Please receive your SIM card.

Please replace the SIM card, set the APN (settings for communication), and start using the service.

After completing your application, an eSIM will be issued.
※Issuance is supported from approximately 09:00 to 18:00.
If you don’t apply in the time slots as shown above, issuance may be issued the following day.
※In the case of a contract through MNP, your current SIM will become unusable (out of service area) once the eSIM is issued.

Set up the eSIM (download the eSIM) and APN (settings necessary for communication) to start using it.
※In the case of a contract through MNP, the SIM will be activated at the time of eSIM issuance, so there is no need for you to activate the SIM yourself.
※A communication environment such as Wi-Fi is required to set up the eSIM.
